Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive project, program, and portfolio management experience, including leadership of global CAPEX projects.
• PMP certification from PMI, or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe.

Aufgaben

• Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives and capital investments across multiple functions.
• Drive end-to-end program execution from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Manage programs with capital investments potentially exceeding $50M.
• Lead governance reviews, business cases, and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
• Provide executive portfolio reporting and KPI-based performance visibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, IT, EHS, and Finance.
