CMA CGM Savannah is seeking a Marine Operations Coordinator to oversee USEC, US Gulf, and West Coast vessel operations for CMA CGM and VSA partners. You will monitor allocations, project lifts, and ensure efficient load planning.

Interface with Customer Service, terminal operators, and stevedores to track shipments, issue manifests, and coordinate inspections. Requires 1–3 years in container shipping; HS diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years general experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitor vessel allocations and lift projections to optimize slot utilization.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to track export shipments and issue lift-related documents.
• Prepare and distribute vessel operation reports and arrival/departure information.
• Coordinate inspections and cargo surveys with cargo bureau and stevedores.
• Ensure equipment availability by coordinating with terminal operators and carriers.
• Resolve gate receipt/delivery issues with drayage and internal teams.
