Job summary

AbbVie seeks a strategic Head of International Policy & Analytics to lead analysis of international public policy developments and craft policy solutions that support AbbVie's business goals. Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in government affairs and/or policy, economics or international relations.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to drive policy analysis across functions.
• Experience engaging with high-profile stakeholders including government officials and trade associations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the International Policy & Analytics team in developing and executing a global policy strategy aligned with AbbVie priorities.
• Represent International GA to senior executives and provide strategic counsel on policy developments, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee monitoring and analytics processes to assess policy impact and develop evidence-based positions; create policy documents and advocacy materials.
• Build and lead cross-functional working groups to shape policy positions and ensure enterprise alignment across geographies.
• Represent AbbVie in external engagements with government officials, trade associations, and multilateral organizations.
