Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Glendale, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, PMO (International & Licensing) to lead the PMO for international and licensed business, aligning initiatives with PRG strategies. The role oversees company-owned stores, partnerships, and licensee operations, serving as a central governance hub for the International Leadership Team and domestic licensing teams.

You will build strong cross-functional relationships, coach PMO staff, recruit new teammates, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
• 7+ years of retail/hospitality management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the creation and execution of cross-functional international and domestic licensing projects and approves project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Uses PMO reports to work with leadership to create solutions that improve business results.
• Defines and manages project risk and risk mitigation processes; keeps stakeholders informed.
• Leads the PMO team, develops and coaches associates, and recruits new team members.
• Aligns the leadership team on goals and strategies and holds team members accountable for results.
