Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. in Glendale, California, seeks a Senior License Program Manager to lead cross-functional license projects with internal and external stakeholders.

You will work under the Senior Manager, PMO to create processes, provide data intelligence, and manage relationships with license partners. You will oversee project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives, while sharing metrics with the License Core Team and partners to drive scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a restaurant business environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional license programs and working with vendors/partners.

Responsibilities

• Creates, executes, and monitors cross-functional License project plans and documentation.
• Determines project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Analyzes reporting data and shares insights with License Core Team and Partners.
• Manages project risks and communicates progress, changes, and risks to stakeholders.
• Leads licensee remodel programs and oversees end-to-end project execution with multiple teams.
