Job summary

Western Union in Atlanta seeks a Vice President for the Enterprise PMO to lead global program delivery, portfolio governance, and reporting across the enterprise. This role drives alignment of priorities, resources, and outcomes in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will manage a 50+ person team, optimize technology labor capacity, and partner with COO leadership to drive a digital transformation agenda with continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, technology delivery, transformation, or management consulting.
• At least 5 years leading a complex PMO.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise initiatives with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience managing portfolios and investments above $10M.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders in a global matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of 50+ including directors, program managers, and portfolio analytics.
• Own intake, triage, and prioritization for initiatives across the enterprise.
• Translate enterprise priorities into team-level allocations with clear roles and responsibilities.
• Facilitate SteerCo criteria, risk parameters, and reporting for global delivery.
• Escalate and remove delivery obstacles in partnership with COO leadership.
• Refine and improve reporting and enterprise efficiency targets.
