Ready to join a team where innovation meets collaboration? If you’re driven by bold ideas and a customer‑centric mentality, your next adventure starts here!

We’re seeking a dynamic, strategic Global PMO Director to drive project delivery excellence across the US, Europe, and Asia. You will oversee a team of Project and Program Managers, establish and enforce delivery standards, and ensure predictable, high‑quality outcomes for our customers and internal initiatives. This role is pivotal in aligning delivery execution with strategic goals, embedding structure and rigor, and fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Governance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of Project Managers and Program Managers, ensuring the right skills, levels, and capacity are in place to support business growth.
  • Establish and manage PMO governance structures, frameworks, and operating rhythms to drive visibility, accountability, and alignment across regions.
  • Define and enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency, predictability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide executive visibility into portfolio health, project risks, financials, and business outcomes.
  • Ensure partner awareness in all delivery models—aligning governance and oversight for both internal projects and those executed with or by SI and consulting partners.
Delivery Quality & Standards
  • Ensure projects and programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Drive proactive risk management, escalation processes, and issue resolution to safeguard delivery success.
  • Create and maintain standard templates, playbooks, and checklists to elevate project discipline.
  • Monitor adherence to ISO/industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, etc.) where relevant.
  • Oversee partner‑delivered projects, ensuring they adhere to the same quality, methodology, and governance standards as internal delivery.
  • Work closely with Systems Integrators (SIs), consulting partners, and alliance teams to align project management practices, share accountability, and guarantee consistency in customer outcomes.
Portfolio & Resource Management
  • Manage global portfolio prioritization, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across strategic programs and customer delivery initiatives.
  • Match the right project/program manager skillsets to the complexity and scale of initiatives (e.g., enterprise versus mid‑market SaaS deployments, internal transformation projects).
  • Oversee project staffing, capacity planning, and regional workload balancing.
  • Partner with Professional Services leadership and SI partners to ensure effective resourcing, onboarding, and alignment of external teams into the global delivery portfolio.
Business Cadence & Reporting
  • Run global PMO cadences, including steering committees, executive updates, and delivery reviews.
  • Produce clear, data‑driven reporting on KPIs, portfolio status, risk exposure, and delivery quality.
  • Partner with Finance, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure revenue recognition alignment, margin tracking, and delivery efficiency.
  • Provide transparency into both direct and partner‑led project performance, including delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes, reduce time‑to‑value, and improve customer experience.
  • Benchmark against industry standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/SCRUM, SAFe) and introduce innovations in delivery practices.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, learning, and growth within the PMO function.
  • Establish joint improvement initiatives with key SI partners to ensure continuous alignment of practices, skills, and customer‑facing delivery excellence.
Key Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 5 years in a senior PMO leadership role in EPM SaaS or ERP Enterprise Software.
  • Proven track record managing global teams across the US, Europe, and Asia.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS delivery models, enterprise customer programs, and multi‑region rollouts.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, etc.).
  • Experience managing both internal delivery teams and partner‑led projects, including working with large Systems Integrators (SIs) and global consulting firms.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, executive presence, and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, able to align delivery execution with revenue and margin goals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS environment with specialization in FP&A, Consolidation, Retail Planning or Supply chain planning.
  • A second Language is a plus (Italian, French, German).
