Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, coordination or PMO
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
• Strong planning and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Define governance structures and roles
• Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones
• Coordinate stakeholders across Value Chain, logistics, planning, pricing, customers and suppliers
• Organize and lead project meetings and ensure follow-up actions
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and coordinate corrective actions
• Prepare monthly status reports and management presentations
• Drive continuous improvement in coordination and processes
• Support transition from project to operations after SOP
