Job summary

CAMACO LLC is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate Engineering, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Production Support for new product development and launches to meet customer expectations and company goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related field) and 2–5 years of engineering or program management experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing. PMP certification is a plus and experience across multiple plants is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 2–5 years in engineering or program management.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing and launching programs.
• Experience across multiple locations; stamping, welding & assembly exposure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Production to meet launch goals.
• Develop and track APQP deliverables and timelines per customer requirements.
• Lead program teams; manage schedule, budget and KPI tracking.
• Interface with customers and plant management; ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Monitor post-SOP performance and drive continual improvement.
