Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, project management, or related experience.
• Experience leading complex programs in cross-functional environments.
• Experience developing integrated plans, milestones, risks, and issue registers.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at executive level.
• Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, scope, roadmap, timing, governance, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Translate complex challenges into actionable plans and recovery strategies.
• Influence stakeholders across manufacturing, engineering, operations, software, IT, quality, supplier, and plant organizations.
• Drive readiness for vehicle launches, system deployments, testing activities, and manufacturing solutions.
• Manage program health, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and corrective actions.
• Deliver executive-level status updates with decisions and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
• Track and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
