Business and Engineering Solutions (BES) is seeking a proactive project coordinator/manager to oversee multiple cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced, international automotive environment. Join a leading international company in the automotive industry and contribute to strategic vehicle launch and alliance projects within a dynamic, international environment. Working at the crossroads of multiple departments and external partners, you will play a key role in coordinating Value Chain activities, aligning stakeholders and ensuring that project milestones are achieved on time.

As part of a small, international team, you will oversee several projects simultaneously, driving collaboration, anticipating risks and ensuring clear visibility on project progress. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex, cross‑functional projects and contribute to continuous improvement in project management practices.

Your Responsibilities:

• Project Governance: Define project governance structures, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
• Project Planning & Monitoring: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, track milestones and deliverables, and ensure clear ownership of actions and deadlines.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate stakeholders across Value Chain, Parts Logistics, Business Planning, Pricing, customers and suppliers.
• Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead project meetings, monitor progress, align stakeholders on priorities and ensure timely follow‑up on agreed actions.
• Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate potential delays, identify project risks, coordinate corrective actions and escalate issues proactively and transparently.
• Management Reporting: Prepare clear and concise monthly project status reports and PowerPoint presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, key milestones, outstanding issues and proposed countermeasures.
• Continuous Improvement: Challenge existing practices constructively and identify opportunities to improve project coordination, processes and ways of working.
• Project Handover: Support the transition from project execution to operational activities following Start of Production (SOP), ensuring continuity and clear responsibilities.

Your Profile:

• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, PMO or cross‑functional project delivery.
• You have strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
• You are comfortable coordinating stakeholders across different departments and organisations, including senior management, without relying on direct hierarchical authority.
• You are proactive and assertive, able to follow up on commitments, anticipate challenges and **escalate** issues when necessary.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to facilitate meetings, align stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
• You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to consolidate project information into structured, actionable management reports.
• You demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and are comfortable challenging existing processes and proposing practical solutions.
• You are adaptable, detail‑oriented and confident working in an international, fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities.
