Job summary

Vertiv in United States (Westerville, OH) seeks a Global PLM NPDI Product Enablement Manager to oversee and optimize product development processes from concept to commercialization. You will enable best-in-class PLM tools, processes, and methodologies across the NPDI lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data management globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, process management, or related field.
• 5+ years in Oracle Fusion and enterprise systems with data migration and integrations.
• Experience leading IT operations and end-to-end project delivery with stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex product development systems for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management continuous improvement of global PLM systems supporting NPDI.
• Enforce data governance for consistent, accurate product data across lifecycle.
• Define scope, timeline, and resources for data migration aligned with NPDI.
• Map legacy data to the new PLM system ensuring data integrity.
• Implement data validation and cleansing before migration.
• Coordinate testing and validation of migrated data against quality standards.
• Manage ETL execution and data loading to meet timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve migration processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards globally.
• Provide regular reports to senior leadership on performance and timelines.
