Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Project Manager for Global Services PMO to manage NPDI initiatives and digital/service transformation programs. You will ensure service requirements are integrated into product development and launch activities, enabling readiness, scalability, and global deployment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles within a global or matrix organization.
• Exposure to product development, service development, or NPDI-type environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project tracking tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Delivery; support planning and execution of NPDI and digital services projects using PMO and VOS frameworks.
• Track and manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure service readiness requirements are incorporated into project deliverables.
• Support stage-gate governance activities from concept through launch and post-launch readiness.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Communication; liaison between Global Services and functional teams.
• Facilitate communication across global stakeholders to ensure visibility of project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Assist in preparing project updates, dashboards, and executive status reports.
• Support regional coordination to ensure readiness reflects deployment needs.
• Process & Continuous Improvement; contribute to standardization of PMO tools, templates, and processes.
• Support adoption of digital tools for project tracking, reporting, and service readiness.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen NPDI service integration and execution consistency.
• Data Tracking & Governance Support; maintain accurate project tracking using PMO tools and reporting systems.
• Support monitoring of project KPIs including schedule adherence, readiness milestones, and risk escalation tracking.
• Assist in documenting lessons learned and governance updates within PMO.
