Job summary

Vertiv’s Lincoln, Nebraska plant seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead NPDI initiatives, coordinate product transfers, and drive process improvements across lines of business. You will collaborate with Design Engineering, Program Managers, and Operations to standardize manufacturing processes and implement new technologies.

The role requires strong project management, Lean/Advanced Manufacturing expertise, and the ability to drive cross-site manufacturing excellence and capital

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of formalized Advanced and Lean Manufacturing applications.
• Extensive experience in New Product Development and Product Transfers.
• Demonstrated strong project management and technical skills; analytical skills; PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Develop and implement manufacturing plans for assigned new products according to NPDI program.
• Lead and provide direct support for plant-to-plant product transfers and new product development programs.
• Identify, justify, pilot, and commission Advanced Manufacturing technologies, processes, equipment, and practices.
• Provide support for manufactured cost analyses of new and existing products.
