Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Global Platform Operations Manager to own the operational relationship with top strategic vendors on Xvantage™, coordinating with the Global Platform Group and regional teams. You will drive the global vendor experience end-to-end, own BRDs for platform features, and shape the Vendor + Ingram Micro roadmap to influence vendor development.

The role requires 5+ years in vendor/partner operations and a Bachelor's degree, with PMP/CAPM/ PMI-ACP preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years in functional roles including 3 years in vendor/partner/platform/program management.
Proven track record managing external partner relationships across global, regional, and country teams.
Preferred: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

Own the operational relationship with top strategic vendors on Xvantage and coordinate with Global Platform Group.
Drive global vendor experience, define requirements and BRDs, and influence platform features.
Align country, regional, and global teams to speak with one voice to vendors.
Lead quarterly business reviews and regular operational reviews with vendors and leadership.
Define KPIs and report progress, driving automation and platform adoption where possible.
