Qualifications

• Familiar with Xvantage and Ingram Micro ecosystem.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships across global teams.
• PM certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor relationship and operational ownership for the top 12 strategic vendors on Xvantage.
• Drive the Vendor + Ingram Micro roadmap; refine BRDs for platform features and Navigator functionality.
• Align country, regional, and global teams; lead internal alignment sessions and vendor events.
• Define KPIs, lead QBRs and regular operational reviews; escalate issues as needed.
