Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. seeks a Senior Global Platform Operations Manager to own the operational relationship with top strategic vendors on Xvantage, coordinating with the Global Platform Group and regional teams.

You will drive end-to-end vendor experience, define BRDs, and shape the roadmap with vendors and internal stakeholders. You will lead global alignment, identify automation opportunities, and oversee QBRs and senior reviews to ensure a single voice and measurable progress against the global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of functional experience including vendor/partner operations or program management.
• Proven track record managing external relationships and driving operational outcomes across global teams.
• PM/PMI certification such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational relationship with assigned strategic vendors for the Xvantage platform.
• Align engagement to top vendors and evolving priorities to maximize business impact.
• Define and refine business requirements and BRDs for platform features.
• Drive automation opportunities and improve vendor/associate experience.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and executive-level reviews with vendors and leadership.
