Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking a Senior Global Platform Operations Manager to own the operational relationship with top strategic platform vendors on Xvantage. You will drive end-to-end vendor experience, own business requirements, and shape global and regional roadmaps to influence vendor development.

You will lead quarterly reviews, coordinate across GVE, Regions, and Countries, and ensure alignment on the Xvantage strategy within a robust global operations plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years in related roles.
• Strong vendor management and global rollout experience.
• Proven track record with platform operations and program management.

Responsibilities

• Own operational relationship with assigned strategic vendors on Xvantage; act as single point of accountability.
• Drive the collective Vendor + Ingram Micro roadmap; refine BRDs for platform features.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and regular operational reviews with vendors and leadership.
• Align country, regional, and global teams to present one voice to each vendor.
