Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in vendor management, partner operations, platform operations, or program management.
• Proven track record managing external partners across global teams.
• Preferred: PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage operational relationship with top strategic vendors on Xvantage.
• Align engagement to top 12 vendors across regional/global levels.
• Define target-state vendor experience and roadmap.
• Drive the collective Vendor + Ingram Micro roadmap and BRDs.
• Lead QBRs and executive reviews with vendors and leadership.
