Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Global Client Trainer for Egencia to drive client success within the Platform Solutions team in the United States. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, and Implementation to tailor training and enable rapid adoption of the Egencia platform.

You will translate technical concepts into business value, deliver public trainings, manage onboarding, and support integrations with API, HR feeds, and system connectivity, while staying

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in corporate travel or B2B SaaS
• Translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including to C-suite executives
• Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), Seismic, and Crayon
• Working knowledge of integration solutions including SFTP and REST/SOAP APIs
• Excellent listening, questioning, and consultative abilities; comfortable training remotely and in-person
• Ability to influence and guide clients and partners while communicating technical information clearly
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler or Customer Centric Selling

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver standardized, high-quality training programs tailored to customer needs that maximize platform adoption
• Schedule and conduct public trainings with pre- and post-training support and QA coordination
• Coordinate new client onboarding and training initiatives with Implementation and Account Management teams
• Manage demo requests through Salesforce; collaborate to define objectives and technical requirements
• Serve as technical expert during client presentations translating Egencia features into business value
• Represent Egencia at industry tradeshows and provide pre-sales technical guidance on API integrations
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the Egencia platform and customize configurations
• Proactively learn new product releases and share knowledge across teams
• Conduct educational sessions with Global Sales and Account Management to build platform knowledge
• Partner with Product, Tech, Implementation, and Account Management as SME to align training with business objectives
