Amex Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) seeks a Global Client Trainer for Egencia to enable client success through tailored trainings and rapid platform adoption. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, and Implementation to translate complex features into business value.

Responsibilities include creating training programs, coordinating onboarding, and delivering sessions across global time zones with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in corporate travel, B2B SaaS, or related travel environments.
• Translate complex product concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across levels, incl. C-suite.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Office apps, Seismic, Crayon.
• Understanding of API integrations and onboarding processes.

Responsabilités

• Create and deliver standardized training programs to maximize platform adoption.
• Schedule and run public trainings with pre/post support and QA.
• Coordinate onboarding with Implementation and Account Management.
• Serve as a technical expert during client presentations and demos.
• Leverage API integrations and data feeds in training contexts.
