Job summary

The role emphasizes roadmaps, backlog management, and process improvement, focusing on dashboards, adoption, and data quality. Travel up to 5% may apply; hybrid work policy offers 3 days in the office and 2 flexible days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
• 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Systems administration or a role with similar responsibilities.
• Demonstrable expertise in systems, software installation and configuration.
• Data Center experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or Salesforce is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and design of IT service solutions.
• Capture, analyze, and document requests for new IT services.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with collaborators.
• Evaluate service requests and ensure clear justification and scope.
• Conduct research to identify technology opportunities and roadmaps.
• Develop roadmaps and backlogs to demonstrate potential solutions.
• Improve business processes to optimize technology delivery.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.
