Job summary

Vantage seeks a Global Platform Manager to oversee the Enterprise platform's management and operational efficiency. Based in Denver or US remote, you will lead requirements gathering, analyze requests, and drive technology-driven business improvements.

You will develop roadmaps, conduct research, and document solutions, collaborating with CTIO and partners to ensure scalable platform delivery and user adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Systems administration or similar responsibilities.
• Experience leading discovery workshops, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design solutions across project teams.
• Act as a liaison between enterprise platform departments and internal collaborators.
• Capture, analyze, and document requests for new IT services and translate into actionable tasks.
• Drive adoption and maintain dashboards for adoption and data quality.
• Develop roadmaps and backlog prioritizing by business impact.
• Continuously evaluate and improve business processes for better technology integration.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed and stay updated on new platform tools.
