Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, technology delivery, or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across multiple platforms and teams.
• Experience contributing to roadmaps, governance forums, and end-to-end delivery.
• Knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems, data dependencies, and cross-platform delivery.
• Ability to identify dependencies, risks, and stakeholder priorities.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration without direct reporting authority.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design support.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, consultants, or system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional planning activities to support roadmaps, governance, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational needs, dependencies, and delivery considerations.
• Prepare materials, track decisions, and support governance processes and delivery gates.
• Provide visibility into priorities, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership and delivery teams.
• Facilitate discovery, requirements definition, and solution-design discussions with platform teams.
• Translate roadmap priorities into project plans, milestones, and resource inputs.
• Support scope definition and statements of work for consultants and system integrators.
• Lead cross-functional working sessions and Agile delivery team coordination.
