Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking an experienced Global Platform Manager to oversee the Enterprise platform, drive efficiency, and coordinate IT services across regions. The role involves capturing requests, analyzing technology opportunities, and delivering scalable platform solutions.

The ideal candidate will guide roadmaps, document processes, and collaborate with CTIO and partners to enable timely platform deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Enterprise Systems administration / application management experience.
• Experience leading discovery workshops and prototype demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design enterprise platform solutions.
• Act as liaison between enterprise platform departments and internal collaborators.
• Analyze service requests and justify requirements.
• Research and analyze opportunities to improve operations with technology.
• Develop roadmaps and backlogs with prioritized enhancements.
• Continuously improve business processes for better technology integration.
• Coordinate with third party vendors to supplement staff.
