Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Global Platform Manager to oversee the Enterprise platform, drive IT service requests, and enable scalable, data-driven business improvements. You will work across CTIO and partners to deliver timely platform solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in enterprise systems, strong project management, and experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce. Hybrid role with Denver or remote US options, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise systems administration or equivalent.
• Experience leading discovery workshops, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
• Data Center experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and translate them into actionable IT tasks for Infrastructure & Service Desk teams.
• Act as liaison between enterprise platform groups and internal collaborators; drive user adoption and data quality dashboards.
• Receive and evaluate service requests, ensuring clear documentation and justification.
• Conduct research to identify technology improvements for business operations.
• Develop roadmaps, backlogs, and proofs-of-concept for platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.
