Qualifications

• 8+ years of people leadership in matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to apply technology to business problems with strong communication, influence, and stakeholder partnership.
• Experience with business processes (bids, quotes, order-to-cash) and foundational tech platforms (ERP, CRM, MES).
• Proven track record in product management, agile delivery, and portfolio governance.
• Fluency with cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML/GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the technology strategy for the Global Commercial organization in alignment with MedTech goals.
• Translate strategy into a multi-year product and platform roadmap with clear value outcomes.
• Develop technology as a competitive advantage—accelerating innovation and go-to-market agility.
• Serve as strategic technology partner to senior leaders; identify opportunities and advise transformations.
• Provide accountable technology leadership for end-to-end BU outcomes, aligning strategy, platforms, and execution.
• Develop compliant technology through partnerships with Cybersecurity, Regulatory, Legal, and Privacy.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to accelerate digitalization of processes.
• Drive successful product launches and lifecycle management tailored to local market dynamics.
