Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Manager, Technical Platform Owner – XR/VR to be based in Raritan, NJ. Lead education platform transformation, drive an integrated AI-powered ecosystem, and align with enterprise IT strategies to deliver reliable, scalable XR/VR solutions for HCPs and employees.

You will bridge business needs and technology, owning end-to-end system reliability, roadmap development, and partnerships with internal teams and vendors to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 7 years of IT experience required.
• Experience leading technology delivery in regulated manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and executable plans.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing across functions.
• Demonstrated strength in budgeting, cost optimization, and total cost of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of education platform transformation technology solutions aligned with IT strategies.
• Translate priorities and risks into a business-led technology roadmap (0–5 years).
• Serve as the primary technology partner for site leadership and stakeholders.
• Own identification, prioritization, delivery, and lifecycle management of site technology demand and capabilities.
• Ensure local solutions align to enterprise categories and drive cross-site consistency and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain the site IT roadmap and investment justification.
• Drive speed-to-value with Agile practices and iterative delivery where appropriate.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Partner with vendors to ensure resources, quality, timelines, and governance.
