Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive engineering experience, 10+ in leading engineering teams.
• 5+ years in medical device industry or similarly regulated industry.
• Delivery of devices, disposables, and software portfolios through insourced/outsourced/partner models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global platform authority for execution across devices, disposables, and software.
• Own portfolio planning, sequencing, and governance; advise senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Commercial (Enterprise Marketing) on roadmaps and value propositions.
• Design and implement R&D operating models, standards, and metrics.
• Lead staffing, succession, and cross-regional collaboration across sites.
