Job summary

Kendo Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Global Planning Senior Manager to shape and lead strategic planning, forecasting, and long-range category planning across Fenty Verse brands. You will distill data into clear headlines, drive cross-functional alignment, and manage a direct report in a fast-paced global setting.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Brand Strategy & Ops, you will build planning processes, coordinate with Supply Chain, Brand, and Finance, and optimize tools to improve forecast

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of planning experience with people management experience; wholesale experience a plus.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and executive communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning and new product launch strategy for Fenty Verse brands.
• Develop 3-year core and newness plans with Brand, Finance and regional leads.
• Own global newness forecast process across regions.
• Translate brand strategy and market opportunity into actionable planning recommendations.
• Oversee forecasting accuracy with pre-season and in-season analyses.
• Lead global coordination with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.
