• Minimum 7+ years of planning experience with people management.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail math (comps, margin) and how to influence metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools/systems.
• Executive communication and presentation skills; ability to distill data into headlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning and new product launch strategy.
• Drive forecast accuracy and strategic business analysis.
• Coordinate global planning across Supply Chain, Brand, Finance, and regional teams.
• Develop and optimize planning processes, reporting, and tools.
