Job summary

The Global Planning Senior Manager at Kendo Holdings, Inc. will shape and lead strategic planning, forecasting, and long-range category planning for Fenty Verse brands.

The role requires deep analytical capability, leadership presence, and the ability to translate sales performance and market trends into actionable global plans that maximize sales and profitability across regions. Hybrid work in SF office with some remote days.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of planning experience with people management.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail math (margin, comps) and how to influence metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency; experience with planning tools/systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lead across global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning and new product launch strategy for Fenty Verse brands.
• Drive forecast accuracy through pre-season analysis and in-season adjustments.
• Coordinate globally across Supply Chain, Brand, Finance and regional teams.
• Develop and refine planning processes, tools, and reports to improve efficiency and visibility.
