Job summary

Kendo Holdings, Inc., a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer, is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Planning for Fenty Verse. The role shapes long-range strategy, forecasting, and cross‑functional planning across global brands, regions and channels.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Brand Strategy & Ops, you will lead a team, drive forecast accuracy, and build planning processes with Brand, Finance and Supply Chain partners to maximize sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of planning experience with people management experience
• BA/BS preferred
• Strong retail math and influence on metrics
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Executive communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
