Job summary

Kendo Holdings, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Senior Manager of Global Planning for Fenty Verse. You will shape strategic planning, forecasting, and long-range category planning across brands, translating data into actionable global plans to drive growth and profitability.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Brand Strategy & Ops, you will lead cross-functional alignment, evolve planning processes, and manage a direct report in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years planning experience with people management.
• BA/BS preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail math (compute margins, comps).
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Availability for conference calls with international markets (early mornings/late evenings).

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning and new product launch strategy across Fenty Verse brands.
• Drive global forecasts with pre-season and in-season analysis.
• Coordinate with Brand, Finance and regional leads for 3-year plans.
• Develop planning tools and processes to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Coach and develop talent within the team.
