You will own global forecasts and partner with Brand, Finance and regional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of planning leadership, a BA/BS, strong retail math, advanced Excel, and excellent executive communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of planning experience with people management; wholesale experience a plus.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail math (e.g., margin) and how to influence metrics.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office; experience with planning tools/systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Executive communication and presentation skills; ability to distill data into headlines.
• Leadership across global cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
• Availability for international conference calls when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning and new product launch strategy for Fenty Verse brands.
• Develop 3-year core and newness plans with Brand, Finance, and regional leads.
• Own global planning across regions, driving schedule consistency.
• Translate brand strategy and market opportunity into actionable recommendations.
• Oversee global planning with pre-season forecasting and in-season analysis.
• Surface risks and opportunities to leadership as the planning partner.
• Lead and facilitate high-impact meetings prioritizing decisions.
• Build and maintain planning tools, systems, and processes for efficiency.
