Kendo Holdings, Inc. is seeking a senior planning leader in San Francisco to drive long-range planning and global forecasting for Fenty Verse brands. You will partner with Brand, Finance, and regional leads to align strategy, timing, and budgeted targets.

In this hybrid role, you will oversee a planning team, improve processes, and ensure accurate demand forecasts. The position emphasizes strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of planning experience with people management.
• BA/BS preferred.
• Strong retail math understanding and ability to influence metrics.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; experience with planning tools/systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent leadership and executive communication; capable of cross-functional influence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Long-Range Planning & New Product Launch Strategy within Fenty Verse brands.
• Drive global forecasting, analyze trends, and refine in-season plans for accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with Supply Chain, Brand, Finance and regional teams.
• Build and improve planning processes, reporting, and tools for global visibility.
• Manage a direct report and foster a high-performance, accountable team.
• Lead high-impact meetings prioritizing decisions and alignment.
