Job summary

Roche Holding AG is seeking a Head of Global Planning Processes DSC to align global planning with divisional goals and the ASPIRE program. You will drive innovation, champion SAP/OMP ERP ecosystems, and lead a high-performing team across Mannheim, Indianapolis, and Rotkreuz.

This role emphasizes strategic design authority, cross-functional collaboration with executive stakeholders, and delivery of standardized processes enabling operational excellence within a complex matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of related experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven executive stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience leading multi-cultural teams through long-term transformations.
• BPM certification (ABPMP or equivalent) advantageous.
• Fluent in English with strong global communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision for global planning processes.
• Serve as the global design authority to align planning with divisional objectives.
• Lead an international team of 10–15 across multiple sites.
• Direct the global process portfolio and promote ERP standardization.
• Build a network of experts to maximize collaboration.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to accelerate digital innovation.
