F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is seeking a Head of Global Planning Processes with a global remit to harmonize planning across demand, distribution, deployment, MRP and intercompany networks.

You will lead an international team across Mannheim, Indianapolis and Rotkreuz to deliver standardized ERP ecosystems. The role emphasizes executive stakeholder management, change leadership and the drive to accelerate digital innovation within a multi-year transformation program.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of related experience with 5 years in people management/leadership.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the strategic vision for global planning processes across Demand Planning, Distribution-Requirement, Deployment, MRP and Intercompany supply chains globally.
• Act as the global design authority to align planning processes with long-term divisional objectives and ERP architectures.
• Lead a high-performing, multicultural team across multiple sites and promote continuous learning and high performance.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to mediate complex requirements and accelerate digital innovation.
