Job summary

Roche seeks a Global Product Planner to lead supply planning across Indianapolis and Mannheim, coordinating forecasts with affiliates and suppliers. You will optimize master data, monitor bottlenecks, and ensure timely product availability while controlling costs.

The role combines strategic analysis with hands-on execution, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and a focus on service levels and cost efficiency. Hybrid work up to two days weekly is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5 years of experience in logistics, marketing, production, inventory control or purchasing with international focus.
• Proficient in materials management and supply chain data analysis; SAP & OMP are used.

Responsibilities

• Develops global supply plan based on affiliate forecasts and guidance.
• Delivers supply plans to Manufacturing and supplier partners.
• Monitors cycle time, bottlenecks, and inventory costs to optimize service levels.
• Manages inventories at global distribution centers to ensure high service levels at lowest cost.
• Supports lifecycle management for launches, conversions, and phase-outs.
