Job summary

Vertiv Corporation in Ohio is seeking a Planning Master Data Senior Analyst to govern and improve planning master data and parameters across our global network. You will drive data quality, standardization, and the alignment of ERP/MRP settings with corporate standards to ensure reliable supply plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, MRP, supply chain analytics, or master data.
• Strong understanding of MRP, production planning, inventory management, BOMs, routings, lead times, and supply planning processes.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP and/or advanced planning systems.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools preferred.
• Experience with large, complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple manufacturing locations.

Responsibilities

• Global Planning Parameter Governance and ownership of lead times, safety stocks, reorder points, lot sizes, and planning policies.
• Monitor master data quality; identify inconsistencies and propose improvements.
• Develop data-quality dashboards and reports; establish automation for parameter validation.
• Standardize planning parameters across regions (AMER, EMEA, China, India, Asia).
• Act as SME for ERP, APS, and planning-system implementations; translate requirements into data specs.
• Collaborate with Global/Regional Planning, Materials Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, and Product Management.
• Lead improvement projects on planning stability, material availability, and inventory reduction.
