Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking a Lead of Planning Master Data to design, govern, and continuously improve the planning master data framework supporting demand, supply, procurement, manufacturing, and inventory performance.

Work with Planning, IT, Finance, and Quality to ensure system accuracy, scalability, and regulatory compliance in a regulated environment. Bring deep knowledge of MRP logic, planning parameters, BOM controls, and capacity planning to drive service levels and margin performance.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain planning or ERP/MRP systems in regulated manufacturing.
• Deep technical knowledge of MRP logic and planning parameter design.
• Experience with FDA/ISO-regulated environments and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish global governance standards for planning master data across plants and regions.
• Own configuration for lead times, safety stock, lot sizing, BOM integrity, and sourcing rules.
• Diagnose MRP output anomalies and lead ERP enhancements with IT.
• Translate business strategy into system parameter designs to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
