Job summary

EY seeks a Global Integrated Planning Leader to design, govern, and unify EY’s end‑to‑end planning model globally. This role harmonizes strategic, revenue, and financial planning into one enterprise framework and oversees the transition to a new platform leveraging CRM, Mercury, and talent systems.

The leader partners with FP&A and C&I executives, shaping growth strategies, governance, and data‑driven decision support across Finance, Markets, Talent, and Technology in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• CPA or similar certification beneficial.
• Deep experience in global integrated planning, strategy, or cross-enterprise roles.
• Ability to lead large, matrixed organizations and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global integrated planning north star.
• Establish a globally consistent planning methodology, roles, governance and timelines.
• Coordinate planning across Finance, Markets, Talent, Operations and Technology.
• Lead the transition to a new integrated planning platform and oversee UAT and rollout.
• Partner with leadership to translate strategy into go‑to‑market plans and growth initiatives.
