Job summary

Starboard is seeking an Associate Planning Manager to oversee forecasting, purchasing and inventory across a global supply chain. You will develop annual sales and stock plans, then drive monthly Open-to-Buy revisions, partnering with Merchandising, Cruise Line Retail and Finance.

You will lead a team of 1–4 Distributors, manage stock levels, drive cost efficiencies and align on profitability targets while coordinating on product mix, cadence and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4–6 years of experience in planning.
• Strong forecasting, inventory and budget management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual sales, stock and profit plans with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor, forecast and manage openings to buy and receipts on a monthly cadence.
• Lead a team of Distributors to optimize inventory and vendor performance.
• Collaborate on currency, assortment, markdowns and supply chain improvements.
