Starboard Group is seeking an Associate Planning Manager to oversee forecasting, purchasing and inventory management across a global supply chain. You will develop annual location sales and stock plans and drive a monthly Open-to-Buy process, re-forecasting as needed.

• 4-6 years of experience in planning/forecasting or related field.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong Excel skills and financial acumen are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual sales, stock and profit plans in collaboration with Merchandising, Cruise Line Retail and Finance.
• Create monthly purchasing budget, by program/brand for the year.
• Lead a team of Distributors and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate on assortment strategies and inventory targets to optimize margins.
