Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a Pitches & Pursuits Specialist to support the Global Pitches & Pursuit Team in a fast‑paced, global environment. You will help develop and deliver strategic pitches for the firm’s most important opportunities, liaising with practice areas, sectors and administrative colleagues to ensure compelling, compliant submissions.

The role requires 4–5+ years in business development or marketing in professional services.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of relevant experience in business development, marketing and/or proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree; marketing, communications or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce complex global pitches as part of GPPT.
• Collaborate with practice areas and sectors on client proposals.
• Ensure pitch materials are client-focused, compliant, and easy to evaluate.
• Design and develop high-quality pitches across industries.
• Identify opportunities to improve pitch processes and content.
