The role emphasizes project management, client‑focused materials, and collaboration with finance, pricing, and risk teams to drive wins and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing proposals, RFP responses, credentials, or panel submissions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple pursuits with tight deadlines.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for client materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic proposals and panel submissions across the Energy sector.
• Create high‑quality pitch materials tailored to strategic client opportunities.
• Coordinate pursuit content and firm credentials in knowledge systems.
• Ensure submissions are client‑focused, compliant, and brand-aligned.
• Analyze market data and advise teams on pursuit strategy and optimization.
• Prepare teams for client presentations and post‑pitch reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance, Pricing, Compliance, Risk and other services on proposals.
• Monitor sector pitch data and feedback to drive improvements.
• Support directory submissions and identify process improvements.
• Stay abreast of market developments and industry trends.
