Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or operations in a global matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and customer outcomes at scale.
• Strong problem-solving capability with experience driving structured root-cause methodologies (e.g., 8D).
• Deep understanding of NPI manufacturing operations and end-to-end order execution processes.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to operate under pressure and manage high-impact, time-sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive a globally standardized pilot order execution framework across all manufacturing sites.
• Ensure pilot plans aligned with customer commitments, product readiness, and manufacturing capability.
• Capture and institutionalize lessons learned from pilot programs.
• Partner with Global Operations Global Pilot roles in Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain for cross-functional alignment and faster issue resolution.
• Drive execution excellence through ownership of Pilot Order KPI performance.
• Identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer delivery and operational efficiency.
• Build and scale organizational capability, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
