Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MBA in a related field; experience in supply chain leadership.
• 10+ years in order fulfillment or operations in a global, matrixed environment.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes at scale.
• Strong problem-solving with structured root-cause methodologies (e.g., 8D).
• Deep understanding of NPI manufacturing operations and end-to-end order execution.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive a globally standardized pilot order execution framework across all manufacturing sites.
• Ensure pilot plans are aligned with customer commitments, product readiness, and manufacturing capability.
• Capture and institutionalize lessons learned from pilot programs.
• Partner with Global Operations Global Pilot roles in Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain to drive cross-functional alignment and faster issue resolution
• Drive execution excellence through ownership of Pilot Order KPI performance.
• Identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer delivery experience and operational efficiency.
• Build and scale organizational capability, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
