Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or operations roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in senior management within a global, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Order Execution for US/EU regions and owns Order Execution across manufacturing sites in Tualatin, OR.
• Drive On-Time as Committed shipments to meet customer demand to requested need dates.
• Direct functional responsibilities and development of System Project Management and Production Control local team.
• Drive achievement of organizational goals, culture & core values through delivery of cross-functional objectives and people strategies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders in Sales Operations, Product Management, and Global Operations to improve order fulfillment processes.
