Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/Engineering/Supply Chain preferred.
• 10+ years in order fulfillment, supply chain, or operations.
• 5+ years in senior management within a global matrixed environment.
• Proven cross-functional leadership delivering operational excellence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven with the ability to speak with data.
• Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Order Execution across Tualatin manufacturing sites in OR.
• Drive On-Time In-Full shipments to meet customer demand and dates.
• Lead System Project Management and Production Control teams.
• Drive cross-functional objectives and people strategies.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Product Management, and Global Operations to improve fulfillment.
